Standard Printing: is a two sided imprint and has a 1/4” margin on all four sides, regular ink coverage.
Custom Printing: is folding, scoring, bleeds any edge, medium to heavy solids, screens, embossing, foil stamping, UV coating among others. Call us or e-mail us for a custom quote.
We print 1 to 2 color brochures using pantone spot colors on 2 sides folded to 2 or 3 panels. Our paper selection is economy and moderate bond, vellum bristol, astroparche, index cover and if needed we can custom print on premium paper from Mohawk and Neenah. There are 16 standard ink colors to choose from and in addition we can mix any specific pantone color that you need. Choose from additional options such as perforation, numbering. The folding options are half fold, tri-fold and z fold.
Any artwork supplied for solid spot ink color printing needs to be in encapsulated postscript an eps vector format file to ensure proper color separations, this type of print process is at 133 line screen to ensure proper file output the file resolution should be at least 1200 dpi for line art or 300 dpi for grayscale or halftone images or pictures you should lighten bitmap image files to compensate for dot gain.
If your brochure artwork bleeds it will require to add 1/8" extra imprint area to each side for trim and all text must be 1/8" minimum from the cut edge, gutter width between panels should be set to 1/2”.
